Meet the Chef
Grew up in a large family, surrounded by food. Finding myself always hungry in my younger days, I naurally found myself hanging out in the kitchen next to my grandma. Found my first chef being a little Italian woman. From going to LA Trade tech to jumping into a 300ft kitcken has been a hell of a trip. This makes me clasically French trained with an Asian background with a lot of hidden secrets. Funny how food comes up with some of the best memories.
